Villa Pharia with Pool IV is a beautiful holiday villa located close to Stari Grad on the island of Hvar. It perfectly blends into Mediterranean surroundings and offers everything one would need for a relaxing and fulfilling vacation. The nearest beach is 500 meters away. If having a car, we recommend exploring also other beaches of Hvar Island.

The distance to Stari Grad town, its promenade and square with many restaurants and cafes is 2.5 kilometers.  You can get to Hvar town in 30 minutes by car. Ferry port is just 10-minute drive away.

Villa Pharia with Pool IV is nestled within a charming resort of ten holiday villas near Stari Grad. The villas are neatly arranged so that each has a private entrance and privacy on the pool and terrace. At your disposal here you will find a bar and children's playground. Furthermore, there is a golf cart transportation service available to book at the reception desk.

Villa Pharia with Pool IV ideally accommodates 8 adults across its 4 spacious bedrooms. There is possibility to accommodate two more persons on pull out sofa beds in the living room.

The ground floor features a large living zone connected to the dining area and to the kitchen. Master bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with bath is also on the ground floor. The second master bedroom is on the first floor and this bedroom has a private bathroom with shower. The third and fourth bedrooms are also on the upper floor, they share a bathroom with shower and each of them has a double bed.

A baby cot and highchair are available on request.

Laundry facilities include washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for cooking homemade meals or having a local chef to cook for you and your family.  This service is available on request and with surcharge.

Outdoors you will find a wood-fired barbeque and outdoor dining set for 12.

On the pool terrace you will find sun loungers, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing.

Stari Grad offers a relaxing and more tranquil ambiance than the town of Hvar. Although, in Stari Grad you will find many shops, restaurants, cafes and souvenirs shops. Here you can enjoy nice evening outs without tourist crowds and party vibes. When in a mood for more parties and richer nightlife, you can easily hop to Hvar town by car or taxi.

On the island of Hvar, you can enjoy numerous outdoor activities, from cycling to sailing. We recommend hiring a car and exploring secluded bays on the south side of the island. Also, taking part in a boat trip can easily be one of the highlights of your Hvar experience.
