This stylish villa rentals has a surface of 500 sqm and lays on a private plot of 10.000 sqm, in the quiet outskirts of the small Istrian village, and yet within 15-20 minute drive to Pula city and to the beach.

Villa Divine Estate can accommodate 14 guests, and thus is perfect for large groups, several families holidaying together, or for team building trips. Fabulously landscaped Mediterranean gardens surround a private mini-golf course,  tennis court with artificial grass, and a large patio with a swimming pool.

By the pool, you have at the disposal a detached summer kitchen with a wood-fire barbecue and alfresco dining table, perfect for festive and casual dinners.

Sun deck is equipped with 14 luxe sun loungers and 4 sun umbrellas. Here is also an outdoor jacuzzi and open-air lounge seating for additional relaxation.

The interior of this phenomenal Istrian villa spreads on two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a large open-plan living zone with a modern kitchen and dining room.  Next, there is a fitness room with a sauna a playroom with billiard, dart, and table soccer. Also, there is a children's playroom with toys and games. Finally, on the ground floor, there is one of the bedrooms with a large double bed. It features a private bathroom with a shower and bathtub.  Additional toilette is also on this floor.

The kitchen equipment includes two refrigerators, two ovens, a microwave, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a blender, and a kettle. There is plenty of space in cabinets and cupboards for food storage and the kitchen island is a great size for preparing and cooking the food.

The laundry room is equipped with an iron, ironing board, washing machine, and tumble dryer.

The rest of the four bedrooms are on the upper floor. Each of them has a big double bed (180 cm wide) and a private bathroom.  In addition, one of them has a large sofa bed with additional sleeping for 2, and two of them have additional single beds. Baby crib is available upon request at no extra cost.  Two of the bedrooms have sea views.

Villa Divine Estate provides private open parking for 6 cars. The electric car charging station is available.

Free Wi-Fi is available on the whole estate, indoors and outdoors. The smart TV comes with satellite channels and Netflix. Pets (up to two small dogs) are allowed on request with prior notice and with surcharge. During colder months (November - April) pool heating is available with surcharge. From May until October it is included in the price.

The village center is only 600 meters on foot from the villa. Here you will find a grocery shop, bakery, restaurant, and cafe. In the nearby small town of Vodnjan (Dignano) you will find large grocery stores and more restaurants.  Distance to the sea and to the beach is only 10 kilometers.  There are plenty of options for wine tasting tours, extra virgin olive oil tasting, and various gastronomic tours in the area.  The coastal cities Rovinj and Porec and the city of Pula are definitely worth a visit!  Here you can enjoy historic sightseeing, experience the charm of Mediterranean towns and visit some first-class restaurants. We recommend visiting the national park Brijuni Archipelago and the park of nature Cape Kamenjak at the very southern tip of the Istrian Peninsula!
