Stepping outside, guests can enjoy a heated infinity pool measuring 8 m × 3.80 m, ideal for swimming or just relaxing on warm days. Four beach chairs are provided for sunbathing, while the outdoor dining area for six makes it easy to enjoy meals outside. From the terrace, you can admire views of Biograd na Moru and nearby islands such as Sveta Katarina, Planac, Cavatul, Veli Duzac, Mali Duzac, Frmic, Muntan, and Babac. Pets are welcome, making the villa suitable for guests travelling with dogs. 

The entire villa is air-conditioned, and amenities include free Wi-Fi, Netflix, and satellite TV. Three parking spaces are available, providing convenience for guests arriving by car. The sea is only 200 meters away, so guests can reach the beach within minutes.
