It is located on an ample property of 25000 m2, surrounded by olive groves and greenery. The mansion extends on 360 m2 and offers a homey ambiance.

Villa Green Hacienda features 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds and 1 with a pull out sofa) and can perfectly accommodate up 8 people. There are 4 bathrooms at disposal.

The interior of the 2-floor stone vacation home abounds in warm colors, wooden beams, and many wooden furniture pieces. White, grey, and beige colors dominate.

The light-colored stylish kitchen with a breakfast bar is completely equipped, so you can have your culinary show at the villa. A living area with a fireplace angled furniture arrangement and a flat TV will offer unforgettable moments of relaxation after a long day. They both exit to a terrace with a pool.

The master bedroom on the first floor has a terrace with sitting furniture and a relaxing view of the verdant area. Each bedroom has a flat TV screen, air conditioning, dressing table and offers a park view.

The outdoor pool of 24 m2 can be heated.

The pool is open from 1.4.2024. -1.11.2024.

Swimming pool heating is charged separately, also price depends on period:

16.06. - 15.09.  20€/day

16.09.- 1.11.   30€/day

The announcement for heating the pool should be made 14 days before the arrival of the guests.

Beach chairs and sun umbrellas are located on a stone-tilled plateau. An outdoor shower will give you additional refreshments.

After swimming, you can dine in the outdoor dining area for 10 people. A chef (on request) can prepare grilled meat with other traditional Istrian meals like pljukanci and fuzi (pasta), truffles, brodet (fish), buzara (seafood), etc.

A spa room has 2 saunas, Jacuzzi, fitness equipment (stationary bicycle and elliptical trainer), and a toilet with a shower.

In the entertainment room, there is a billiard, darts, home cinema, and a small equipped kitchen with a grill.

Several outdoor and indoor seating areas are perfect for leisure and contemplating in silence.

Children have enough space and can play ball on the lawn in the garden. The area is completely safe for kids. PlayStation and 4 bicycles are also at disposal.

There are 5 parking places at disposal behind the Villa Green Hacienda with Pool. It accepts small pets on request, with a surcharge.
