Spend an unforgettable holiday in a modern Villa Lettera in Zrnovnica near Split, the capital of Dalmatia. Villa is situated 1,5 km from the sea and some 10 km from the Split center and the Diocletian’s Palace. A splendid villa sits on a small hill offering wonderful views of the neighborhood and verdant landscape.

A hilltop villa boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 9 persons.

An ample estate has 700 m2 and the villa itself 270 m2. The highlight of the plot is an attractive terrace-set pool of 50 m2 surrounded by beach chairs. Here you can unwind by sunbathing after a jump in the pool, followed by an impressive view of the Brac island.

The exterior is also enhanced by the romantic alfresco dining area behind the villa, offering plenty of shade during the hot day. Here you can enjoy the traditional Dalmatian barbecue meals, enriched with a glass of superb wine of this region. Socializing at the alfresco dining area will remind you of the traditional Dalmatian konoba. In case you have never been to konoba, we recommend visiting at least once during your stay. They offer delicious homemade food.

The interior of the villa is elegant and stylish. The kitchen is fully equipped and connected to a cozy living room. Both have floor-to-ceiling glass walls with stunning sea views and a view of the verdant landscape.

Comfortable bedrooms come with wonderful views of the sea and city view. Guests can use a wonderful sauna room.

Villa offers 5 parking places. It is completely covered by Wi-Fi and air-conditioned in all areas.

Split Riviera is famous for its great day trips. We recommend a day trip to Mosor to enjoy the stunning views. The most visited sea tour is the 5 island tour to Blue Cave on Bisevo island, Vis and Hvar. The most booked land tour is the Krka waterfalls tour. Golden Horn beach is in Bol on the southern side of Brac island, and one of the most favorite beaches in Central Dalmatia.
