Set at the end of Zaton bay, this two-floor villa includes 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 2 toilets, designed for groups of up to 12–14 people. The ground floor offers a professional, fully equipped kitchen, a bar area, and a dining area for up to 16 guests. Terraces from the upper level provide a sea view. Outside, you’ll find Mediterranean gardens, an outdoor pool with a lounge area and grill, plus the chapel of St. Jerome. The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers Wi-Fi, smart control, SAT TV, and Sonos and Bose sound systems. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request. Check-in is at 17:00 and check-out is at 10:00.

 

The main entrance to the villa Stone Pearl of Zaton is placed in the end of Zaton bay. When entering into the southern courtyard of the villa, its huge stone walls create the feeling of true privacy from the very first moment. The entire yard and garden area is equipped with cozy outdoor sofas, while the amazing staircase in its center connect it to the second outdoor terrace on the first floor level. The breathtaking view of the sea from the terraces and a small bridge will make you feel like being in a fairy tale.
 
The residential part of the property stretches over two floors and is built as a typical local stone house. Its spacious lounge foyer, which is the central part of the ground floor, is perfect for welcoming guests, who will definitely be fascinated by the architectural combination of the antique and modern design. When passing this outstanding foyer, one encounters two modernly designed and decorated bedrooms with matrimonial beds and en suite bathtub bathrooms. One of these bedrooms has a direct access to the stunning garden area. On the left side of the foyer, a fully equipped and professional kitchen, a stylishly designed bar area, a cozy and charming living room with indoor fireplace and an incredible dining area with the dining table for 16 people have found their perfect place. On this floor there is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
 
The historical, stony staircase from the entrance foyer are leading to the first floor and the elegant, spacious and light-bathed library, which has an access to two terraces overlooking the bay of Zaton. This stunning view is perfect to make the everyday stress completely disappear. On this storey there are also 4 similar luxury suites, each designed as a duplex suite and consisting of a stylish lounge and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Wooden staircase lead to the gallery, where a king size bed will allow you to sleep in heavenly peace.
