Check-in is from 17:00 and check-out is by 10:00; a 700 euro security deposit is required upon arrival and returned subject to inspection. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.

In five bedrooms ten adult guests are comfortably accommodated. More in your party? Worry not, sister villa next door can accomodate twelve guests more.

Located just 10km west of Dubrovnik, Zaton Bay is abundant in marvelous beaches with calm clear water. Plenty of restaurants and shops are available in the area. For a full experience it is recommended to visit infamous city Dubrovnik. Formed in seventh century and since scarred by many of its rulers, today it displays rich cultural history and historical significance. Protected by UNESCO pedestrian only charming Old Town is enveloped in 10th century city walls, 2 kilometers in length, in some parts 6 meters tall. It is a must stroll! Stradun, or Dubrovnik’s placa, is a picturesque street lined with cafés and restaurants, a perfect view point to admire the architecture and watch the world go by while enjoying fresh catch of the day and sipping on a glass of Malvazija. Welcome to Dalmatia!
