The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living area next to it. From the floor-to-ceiling glass walls, you can observe the garden and watch your kids while they are playing. One bedroom with a double bed is on the ground floor. It has an exit to the terrace and comes with a garden view. 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet are on this floor.

The upper floor has 3 modern bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a lovely view. From the balcony and terraces, you can admire the relaxing view of the peaceful verdant surroundings. In fact, the villa offers a view of the mountains, woods, park, and the nearby village.

The central position of the estate has a pool of 32 m2 with an electrolysis pool cleaning system. The sundeck is equipped with beach chairs and an outdoor shower. The yard is kid-friendly and completely protected by the walls. Children can use the slides or jump into the pool.

The veranda dining area will be perfect for a family gathering. You can prepare the traditional barbecue meals (we recommend using Dalmatian olive oil and wine).
