Villa Ikarus is a stunning villa built in 2021, designed to provide an unforgettable getaway with your loved ones. This beautifully crafted home boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, harmonious color schemes, and spacious rooms, all styled with contemporary interior design to create a truly luxurious atmosphere. Beyond its elegant design, the villa offers a wealth of exceptional amenities for a perfect vacation experience. Enjoy access to a 6-hole golf course, a children’s playground, a Jacuzzi, a sauna, a pool table, an exercise room and a shared tennis court (shared only with its sister villa). The large outdoor terrace wraps around a 74 m² heated pool, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding lush greenery.

The villa features two wings, each housing en-suite bedrooms. With 5 bedrooms in total, it comfortably accommodates up to ten adult guests, making it an ideal choice for two families or a large group of friends. For larger parties, Sister Villa Daedalus, located next door, is also available and can host an additional 10 guests.

Set in the charming village of Zmijavci, Villa Daedalus is perfectly located near the remarkable Blue and Red Lakes. The Adriatic coast is just a 30-minute drive away, offering easy access to pristine beaches. The area also offers a wide variety of activities, including traditional Dalmatian Balote, quad biking, kayaking on the Vrljica River, swimming in Blue Lake, and regional wine and liquor tasting.

For transparency: please account for 1500 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host (2500 euro from December 23 - January 5 i, and Dec 21 - Jan 3 ) and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. 

Please note: two extra beds can be arranged upon request at 400 euros each, therefore increasing maximum occupancy.

Golf range, mini golf and tenis are all available with a minumum fee in order to maintain equipment. Please ask for details.
