You’ll have 16 adult guests accommodated in eight en-suite bedrooms, with additional capacity using sofa beds in four bedrooms. The home includes two spa rooms with indoor jacuzzi, sauna, and fitness equipment, plus two heated pools. For time together, there are two playgrounds and activities like darts, table tennis, and dual PlayStation setups, along with two outdoor dining areas with an outdoor kitchen and built-in barbecue. Six parking spaces and two electric car chargers are available. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00. A 1,400 EUR security deposit is due on arrival (refunded after departure subject to inspection); pets are welcome on request for 10 EUR per night, and groups under 25 are not allowed.

Children can delight in double the entertainment options with two playgrounds and a plethora of activities, including darts, table tennis, and dual PlayStation gaming setups. Step outside to discover two heated pools, perfect for year-round swimming. Adjacent, you'll find two al-fresco dining spaces, each with an outdoor kitchen and authentic built-in barbecue. These inviting areas are complemented by ample cozy seating, where families can come together to watch sunsets, enjoy sea breezes, and make memories of joyful laughter and shared meals.

In eight ensuite bedrooms sixteen adult guests are comfortably accommodated. Four of the bedrooms have sofa beds able to accommodate 4 more if necessary.

Vodice is a small but picturesque fishing village north of Šibenik with a lovely harbor ideal for seaside walks with stops in one of many restaurants or cafes for a sweet delight, coffee, drink, or a romantic dinner. The historic center houses a 16th century Coric Tower with its walls remaining intact and an 18th century Parish Church of St Cross with its baroque facade. The pebble beaches are a perfect testament to the beautiful, clear Adriatic with shallow waters making it ideal choice for families with smaller children.

For transparency: please account for 1400 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Pets are welcome upon request with an additional 10 euro per night pet fee. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.
