A recently constructed, family-focused villa in Vodice set over two levels with 300 m2 of space. It includes 4 ensuite bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, with seating in a dedicated living room. The indoor spa room features an indoor jacuzzi, sauna, and exercise equipment, and the outdoor area has a heated pool plus an outdoor kitchen with a built-in authentic barbecue. Children have a dedicated playground and activities such as darts, table tennis, and PlayStation. Comfort: 8 adult guests in ensuite bedrooms, with room for 2 more using sofas if needed. An electric car charger is available. Please note: a 700 euro security deposit is paid on arrival and returned on departure subject to inspection; pets are welcome on request with a 10 euro per night fee, and groups under 25 years of age are not allowed. Check-in is 16:00 and check-out is 10:00.

Children can enjoy the dedicated playground and a variety of engaging activities tailored just for them, such as darts, table tennis or playstation. The outdoor area accommodates a heated pool alongside an inviting outdoor kitchen complete with a built in authentic barbecue, perfect for al-fresco dining. Comfortable seating area makes a lovely viewing spot for sunsets, watching the children splash in a pool, enjoying a refreshing beverage and indulging in sea air. Welcome to Villa Gemma, promising you an unforgettable five-star holiday experience.

In four ensuite bedrooms eight adult guests are comfortably accommodated. Two of the bedrooms have a sofa able to accommodate 2 more if necessary. If there are more in your party sister villa just next door accommodates 8 to 10 more guests.

Vodice is a small but picturesque fishing village north of Šibenik with a lovely harbor ideal for seaside walks with stops in one of many restaurants or cafes for a sweet delight, coffee, drink, or a romantic dinner. The historic center houses a 16th century Coric Tower with its walls remaining intact and an 18th century Parish Church of St Cross with its baroque facade. The pebble beaches are a perfect testament to the beautiful, clear Adriatic with shallow waters making it ideal choice for families with smaller children.

For transparency: please account for 700 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Pets are welcome upon request with an additional 10 euro per night pet fee. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.
