Located 10km from the historical town of Šibenik in a quiet place Zablaće offering its guest's peace and privacy, front beach Orvas villa 73 spreads on a property of 2600m2 and 1000m2 living space on its three floors: basement, ground floor, and first floor connected by an elevator and an internal staircase. 

The living space of this luxury villa is suitable for a maximum of 12 persons. It consists of a kitchen, dining, and living room with fireplace, laundry room, 6 bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms of which four bathrooms are en-suite and two bathrooms are shared. Offering so many indoor- as well as outdoor activities guests can spend their time and enjoy in the outdoor infinity pool, or at a gym with a bathroom. At the guest’s disposal, there is also the indoor 24m2 heated pool, jacuzzi for 4 people, and a Finish sauna. Some entertainment can be found in the basement such as a wine cellar and a room for billiards, table tennis, darts, jukebox- om, bicycles, fireplace, and a table.

The ground floor of this villa consists of an open plan of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living room. Additionally, there is also a spa and wellness area, an elevator, toilet, pantry, laundry room with a washing machine, and a dryer. The wellness and spa area comes with an indoor heated pool, modernly equipped gym, jacuzzi, massage room and bathroom and toilet, and Finnish sauna.  
A master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (with a shower and a bathtub) and exit to the balcony is placed on the first floor which is connected by an internal staircase and elevator. Three more double rooms with an en-suite bathroom (shower unit) can be found on the same floor.
Additional apartment (70m2) with a separate entrance consists of 2 more bedrooms (one double and one with twin beds), equipped kitchen with a dining table for 4 people.

The historic town of Šibenik is a few minutes of drive, so spend some time and visit its preserved and newly renovated fortresses. Only half an hour drive away, there are 2 internationally famous national parks, Krka and Kornati.
