Die Unterkunft ist für 2 Personen ausreichend groß und auch die Küche kann sehr gut zum Kochen verwendet werden, da es viel Equipment gibt. Besonders schön ist das durch die Stufen abgetrennte Schlafzimmer, sodass die Unterkunft noch größer wirkt.

The flat is wonderfully centrally located and very nicely decorated. We arrived and everything was clean and as described. The host is very communicative and provides clear and easy instructions. Some of the furniture and items are starting to show some signs of wear but the host was really responsive when this was mentioned.

I enjoyed my time in the place! It couldn't be closer to the town center, everything is there, including an emergency pharmacy open 24/7. The place itself uses the space in a great way with the bed on a loft, and having the bedroom tv is a definitive win!! Be careful sitting on the sofa - it's been due to be replaced long time ago, so unless you sit very slowly, it'll be a hard surprise. There wasn't any welcome gift like some people had, but the hosts did move the check in 1 hour earlier (5pm check in time is really really late.. I've never heard of such a late check in tbh) It took me a bit to hunt down towels for example, since they were stored away and not prepared. There wasn't any coffee or washing clothes soap and similar stuff that usually is included in the price. There's no elevator, taking a bigger/heavier luggage bag is very tricky on the old wooden staircase to the 2nd floor, but this would be out of the hosts power. In general, it's a good place for the price!

The place is really close to the very center of Zagreb. It takes literally 2 minutes to Ban Jelačić Square. The bed is really convenient, and the apartment is quite charming, having everything needed. I found the balcony really a big advantage.

Ωραίο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο του Ζαγκρεμπ, κοντα στην κεντρική πλατεία καθώς και την Upper Town. Είναι όλα όπως φαινονται στις φωτογραφίες. Πρέπει να προσέχεις στον επάνω όροφο καθώς εχει χαμηλό ταβάνι και τα μαξιλάρια στο κρεβάτι δεν ήταν καθόλου βολικά, βασικά ήταν ανύπαρκτα και δεν βόλευαν καθόλου. Το μπάνιο μικρό, καθαρό και βολικό. Η επικοινωνία με τον host ήταν σε γενικές γραμμές καλή - οταν χρειάστηκε να αλλαξω διαμέρισμα, ανταποκρίθηκαν αμεσότατα. Παρολ' αυτά, καθώς ειναι εταιρεία, η εξυπηρέτηση δεν ηταν όπως αναμενόταν. Αναγκαστήκαμε να πληρώσουμε επιπλέον € 20 για αποθήκευση βαλιτσων σε αλλο μέρος, καθώς δεν μπόρεσαν να μας εξυπηρετήσουν (φτάναμε στο Ζαγκρεμπ στις 10 το πρωι, με check in στις 17:00 το οποίο θεωρήσαμε υπερβολικό). Επιπρόσθετα, πρέπει να διαβάσεις πολυ καλα τους όρους οταν τους στείλουνε (δεν περιγράφονται στο site)καθώς αν κάνεις κατι λαθος, υπάρχει χρέωση για ολα - ακομα και αν δεν πεταξεις τα σκουπίδια, πληρώνεις επιπλέον €30.

La ubicación es grandiosa a solo una cuadra de la plaza central. El alojamiento está muy bonito, limpio y organizado. La única observación es que en el edificio están en obra y los trabajadores fuman mucho, el olor a cigarrillo en las mañanas en los pasillos es demasiado.

I was in Zagreb for a worktrip and this apartment was perfect. It is so central that everything is walkable and barely more than 10 minutes away. The place looked like it was described and had everything I needed. Will definitely stay again if I come back to Zagreb.

トータル的には立地もよくよかったです。チェックインが17時からしかできないのも私達のフライトは問題なかったです。 ただ3階まで階段で登らないといけないのと、とにかく建物の中はホコリに包まれていて、手すりも全部埃と煤だらけだったので息を止めて3階まで駆け上がりました。これはあなたのせいではないですが、思ってた以上だったのでびっくりした部分です。 部屋自体は整理されて綺麗でしたが、数分歩かせると子供の靴下がすぐに真っ黒になってしまい、もう少し床の掃除が必要だと思いました。床以外ははとても綺麗でした。 気になる点は、たくさん宿を持っているからだとは思いますが、やり取りが事務的です。AIだと思いますが、何度も同じ注意書きが送られてくるとわかっていても気分はいいものではないです。みなさんもそれをあなたに伝えているのなら改善してみるのも一つだと思います。お客様に不快な思いをさせずにすむ別のやり方があるはずだと思います。 ただフライトまでに時間があり、1時間だけ滞在を許可してもらいました。そこは柔軟に対応してくれたので助かりました。ありがとう。

The apartment in Zagreb is a highly recommended place to stay for anyone who wants to explore this charming city and enjoy a comfortable and pleasant experience. Its main advantage is its location, right in the heart of Zagreb, only 50 meters from the main square, next to a bakery and several shops. The tram stop is just a short three-minute walk away, allowing easy access to all parts of the city. The apartment was exceptionally clean, tidy, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The kitchen included all essential appliances such as a microwave, refrigerator, and cooking utensils. Despite being centrally located near restaurants, the apartment remained quiet. Beds were comfortable, and linens were fresh and clean. Communication with the host was fast and easy, and check-in was smooth. Minor drawbacks included ongoing building renovations causing noise from early morning, some missing recycling bins, check-in only at 5 PM, and packages left in the hallway during our stay.
