Très bel appartement et très bon emplacement, proche de la gare et du centre ville. Dommage qu'il y ait trop de règles, on est noyé sous les mails d'avertissement et il faut signer un engagement pour pouvoir accéder au logement. Cela nuit un peu à la qualité du séjour. Autre point négatif l'essorage de la machine à laver ne fonctionnait pas. Dernier point qui malheureusement n'était pas précisé dans les innombrables règles, l'élimination des déchets étaient à notre charge et les indications fournies par l'hôte ne correspondaient pas à la réalité : contrairement à ce qui nous avait été expliqué les containers de déchets dans la ville étaient uniquement accessibles avec une carte non fournie par l'hôte. Pour éviter l'amende mentionnée dans les règles nous avons jeté nos sacs poubelles dans les poubelles de rues, ce qui est inadapté. On a ressenti que l'hôte gère ses logements à distance sans connaître la réalité de l'environnement.

The apartment is really nice. I just found a trash bag in the entrance on my arrival, and the washing machine did not centrifugate the clothes properly, so we had to go to a laundry for drying. The rack for hanging the clothes at the apartment was broken, so not very useful. Overall the apartment is nice, but a bit expensive for the washing machine and the rack clothes detail.

Super easy check in and out. I really appreciated the clear instructions on how to check-in, how to get to the location and what to do, especially the pictures and videos. Apartment was exactly as pictured and had everything that one could need. Very central location and close to the main train station, main bus station and central square.

Apartamento excelente, limpo e bem localizado. O único ponto negativo é que escolhemos justamente esse apartamento por ter máquina de lavar roupa e a máquina não funciona corretamente. As roupas saíram sujas de sabão e muito molhadas, como se a centrifuga não estivesse funcionando. Quando entramos em contato, somente disseram que a máquina estava funcionando e tive que lavar elas novamente em uma lavanderia, pois tinha programado as roupas da viagem pra serem lavadas esse dia. Olhando as avaliações anteriores do apartamento, há outras de mais de 1 ano atrás reclamando da mesma coisa, portanto a máquina deve estar com problemas há muito tempo. Fora isso tudo perfeito, somente não recomendo caso estejam planejando lavar roupa, o que atrapalhou um pouco nossos planos e nos fez perder um pouco de tempo.

Nous avons passé 4jours à Zagreb dans ce logement. Il est très bien placé, proche de tous. Il y a de nombreux trams/bus à deux pas. Totalement conforme aux photos : il y avait des linges, du shampoings et même un sèche cheveux c’était vraiment très bien équipés. L’hôte est gentil, flexible et réactif ! Tip for guests: Just make sure to follow every step listed on the website, so you don’t have to wait too long to receive the code to enter the studio. Minor notes: There was a baking oven available, but no microwave. Also, the washing machine was a bit tricky to use. Everything else was exactly as described on the site. We had a lovely stay — truly recommended!

El alojamiento cómodo cerca de plaza principal bien comunicado mini markets cerca. Solo diría que el anfitrión fue muy aprehensivo en las reglas de la casa respecto a las tarifas que se cobran como multas. Y las instrucciones para acceder también fue poco engorroso ya que había que llenar un formulario y cosas así. Fuera d eso todo correcto. Buen precio bueno servicios buen internet sin fallas.

It's a very clean place, especially the toilets are big and clean! There are some things to keep in mind, but it's understandable because it was clean. It was self check-in, so I was able to get in even late at night.

overall experience was great. worth the money and easy to go to the centre and places. the host is very helpful and understanding when i requested an 30 mins late check out. it would be better if it can be more punctual. i waited in front of the gate after the official check in time. the boiler was off first day. so i had to take a cold shower. i knew it was late when i contacted the host about hot water. still. this was a mistake that someone turned off the boiler without warning me.

El apartamento se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila pero cerca del centro neurálgico, es pequeño y bastante cómodo. Exceptuando el lavabo, todo está en una sola estancia. Se nota que son apartamentos nuevos y en general todo funciona de maravilla. En nuestro caso echamos de menos una cafetera. Durante la estancia tuvimos un pequeño problema con la lavadora que no centrifugaba correctamente pero informamos y sin problema. Volvería sin dudarlo.

I loved the studio itself - had everything (even for a long stay). The kitchen was well-equipped and the AC definitely helped during the hot season in Zagreb. It is extremely close to a bakery, several tram stations and more than 2 supermarkets. The studio is located in a small complex inside a building - it was quiet even though the building itself was right next to the boulevard. I am more than satisfied with my stay!

Great location. Walkable to main tourist attractions. The apartment has air conditioning and it’s a big plus in the summer in Zagreb. Early Check in and late check out come with a fee (30€) which is a bit abusive in my opinion because the check in is very late (5pm) and the checkout very early (10am). The apartment was super clean.

All was good, easy self-checkin, location was perfect and cleanliness is commendable. Only two concerns about our stay, I hope you adjust your check-in time to earlier time for me 5pm was bit to late and chevked out to early 10am other airbnb usually check in time is 3pm. We arrived in Zagreb at 12:30pm and wait till 5pm to be able to check in. I tried to asked favor if we can check in early than 5pm so we can stroll the city without carrying out luggage but no chance at all. Lastly, the AC is leaking throughout our stay that we couldn't turned it much because the AC waterdrops is noisy. Overall, our stay was good. Thank you so much. Regards, Josh

O que eu acho um abuso pois não tinha tábua d cortar alimento na cozinha. Me recuso pagar 800 euros por 2 dias de estadias. Considero isso um abuso. E ela exige muitas regras também para levar qualquer visita. São muitos termos, muitas complicações , que tive que encontrar com meu namorado somente na casa dele. Então não recomendo pela burocracia .

The team was very responsive and helpful. As we arrived early morning, they allowed us to check in early, which really helped. The apartment was a bit smaller than expected but it was clean and had what we needed. Extra towels and bedding was also left for us. It was a short walking distance to both lower and upper town and close to amenities. Overall it was a nice apartment and we enjoyed our stay.
