Top notch customer service and cleanliness and perfect location. Just know that this is not a personal host. The team was super communicative and helpful and jumped on an issue we had. They seem to be doing their best to provide a great stay. I'd recommend solely for the location but the team is an added bonus.

En revanche, les murs sont assez fins. Malheureusement, nos voisins étaient bruyants et les nuits ont été un peu compliquées… Avec des voisins plus calmes, ce serait vraiment top ! ✨

The team were friendly, transparent, clear in their instruction and responsive throughout the trip. The accommodation was as described and an excellent location - central yet free from street noise. This is a great apartment to spend your time in Zagreb. The location was perfect, as it was right on the main square. We stayed for 3 nights and never had to go anywhere outside of walking distance. The only thing I would critique is the apartment is on the second floor and the first floor was an active construction site, so we got woken up to loud construction each morning, but other than that, it was a good experience.

The apartment is located in an excellent area, with everything within walking distance. The host was very accommodating and responded to messages promptly. This is one of the cleanest apartments I have ever stayed in. It radiates cleanliness and orderliness. I would stay there again!

I would always recommend this place to everyone who visit Zagreb. It’s clean, it’s easy to find, it has everything you need around, it’s in center but it’s quiet at night and it has great connection. Hosts were very kind, helpful and responsive.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The apartment is gorgeous and the lofted bedroom makes the apartment feel very big. Air conditioning was great and the laundry machine was small (compared to North American standards) but worked very well. The apartment was very clean and exactly as pictured. The hosts were very responsive. The location is perfect, within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The bakery next door was delicious and very cheap. My only comment is that the bar across the street got noisy at night, but it did not bother us! We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Zagreb.

Really great, central location and nice loft apartment. Everything was nice and clean. Really liked how easy and walkable the area was, central to all the sites and great food options. However, the check-in process was a bit tedious. First the company asked me to complete a form with ID information on a website. Then a couple days before check-in, they asked me to send my ID again through chat. Just seemed a bit excessive and annoying of a process for what should be a simple Airbnb transaction.

The apartment was beautiful and modern, all the appliances worked well, the location was outstanding. That being said, a couple things to note: the bedroom was on the 2nd floor and the bathroom on the first with fairly steep stairs in between. Also, the management company was a little quirky. Seemed very concerned that someone might be there a moment longer than they should be… threatening a €0.50 charge per minute if you weren’t out by 10, stating that they would be monitoring the CCTV to make sure. They also didn’t give me the entry instructions until 5:01 (check in was at 5:00). All that said, I would still happily stay here again, I would just make sure my flights were all scheduled so as to avoid these issues.

Truly one of the top airbnbs that I've had the pleasure to stay in. Incredible value for the price. The location can't be beat, the apartment is gorgeous and immaculately clean with everything you could want. It is clear that the owners take pride in providing a great experience. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und komfortabel. Das Gastgeber ist immer schnell erreichbar. Da das Haus im Stadtzentrum liegt, können Sie viele Orte zu Fuß erreichen. Leider gibt es auch negative Aspekte. Wenn Sie ein Auto haben, besteht ein ernstes Parkproblem. Es gibt keine Parkplätze in der Nähe. 20 Euro pro Tag auf dem nächstgelegenen Parkplatz. Außerdem empfehle ich es definitiv nicht für diejenigen, die früh abends ins Bett gehen. Bis 01:00 Uhr nachts kann es in Cafés zu Lärmbelästigungen kommen.

L'alloggio ottimo, bello, pulito, arredato con gusto, corrispondeva alla descrizione, nel pieno centro di Zagabria. L'unico problema è la CONMUNICAZIONE. Essendo un'azienda che si chiama self-check in, l'ospite è lasciato a sé stesso e in caso di qualche problema o domanda comunicano tramite messaggi che arrivano anche in ritardo e non rendono il soggiorno tranquillo e rilassante. Non danno nessuna indicazione sul luogo, eventi, ristoranti e i pub. Tutto ciò rende il soggiorno privo di qualsiasi socializzazione e contatto con la cultura locale. Ps. manca il bidet nel bagno

Apartment was just as shown in pictures, very nice, new, and very spacious. Great area in the heart of Upper Town and a 30 second walk from Tkalciceva Street. Host was quick to respond and informative. Check-in and check-out rules and procedures were very strict and would result in pricey extra charges if not adhered to.

Cozy space in the heart of Zagreb! Beautiful surroundings of the old city, nice restaurants and pubs at a walkable distance. Very good and clear instructions on getting there. Well furnished, clean appartment. The only warning for the future tenants is parking which is not easy in the area, especially for foreigners who cannot pay by SMS like local people.
