An absolute diamond in the centre of Zagreb My wife and I have been blessed to travel the world as Diplomats and now retired we continue to travel. Downtown Studio Apartment is located in the most perfect location within easy walking distance of all the best tourist attractions. We spent a very comfortable 3 nights and we were incredibly impressed how ultra modern and beautiful the apartment is. It has every amenity required fir a short or long stay. The bed is incredibly comfortable and if you are concerned about city noise then don't worry, the apartment has triple glazing new windows and electric shutters. Perfect ! We would like to personally thank Dragan and his son Luka for a very warm welcome and the thoughtful bottle's of water and biscuits. Delicious. After 40 years of travelling the globe we can honestly say that the Dragan's Studio Apartment is in our top 10 accomodations in the world. We are grateful to have found such a fabulous location. Όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο, με προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια. Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ βολική. Η εξυπηρέτηση και η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν άψογη, με άμεση ανταπόκριση σε κάθε μας ανάγκη. Η συνολική εμπειρία ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας και θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη. I stayed for 15 days and had an excellent experience. The apartment is ideally located, with everything you need within easy reach. Two restaurants Submarine Burger and Sakura Sushi are located downstairs, while a coffee shop is just a short walk away. The Croatian National Theatre is a mere 5-minute walk, and the tram stop is exactly 1 minute from the door. For first-time tourists, this is the perfect base. Dragan is an outstanding host: straightforward, responsive to all my questions, and welcoming.

This might be my favorite Airbnb ever. The room was so clean the bed was soft. The air conditioning was cold. It’s so close to the city center. And if you don’t want to walk the tram is right down the street. Dragan is an amazing human being I highly suggest staying here. And I’ve stayed all over the continent using air bnb and this was the best spot I’ve ever stayed. ( sorry to the other spots that were nice 😂). Just trust me. This place is awesome. I don’t have one complaint!!!!

Excellent place to stay in Zagreb! the flat has everything one needs, great bed, super clean and on top of that the design/decorations were perfect. Also, the location is so spot on that you can come and go from the flat between activities without much effort. We stayed 2 days and Zagreb, hit all the main spots and didn't have to use transport. Hiighly recommended!!

A lovely place within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The space is beautifully designed and has a comfortable feel. While trams do pass by outside the window, we didn’t find them disruptive—but light sleepers might want to keep that in mind.

The place is walk in distance from central Zagreb. I went both upper & lower towns in 10 to 15min. The space is super clean and I like how it is designed. It could be a bit noisy due to tram passing by the street in front of the room but I didn't have an issue to sleep in in the late night.

Book it now, it's perfect. Great size, ideal location and a fantastic host. The apartment is very clean with excellent condition furnishings, it's very pretty. Dragan met us outside as we arrived in an Uber and showed us to the apartment. He went through our instructions for items in the apartment and then let us get on with our holiday but not before he told us to reach out if we needed anything. The apartment is extremely central and the perfect spot for a getaway. Thank you Dragan

Had the most amazing stay in Dragan's appartment. We visited Zagreb for Advent 2024. Prior to our stay Dragan responded promptly to any questions or queries. We travelled to the appartment from the airport via bus, tram and on foot. The directions were great. We were met by both Dragan and his son who were friendly and welcoming, with lots of advice about Advent 24 and the best places to go. The appartment is beautifully decorated, with fabulous furniture. Warm and cosy for December and we enjoyed a few hours relaxing watching Netfilx. Kitchen is pristine, the bathroom and shower perfect. Once we found our bearings we realised the appartment is in a brilliant location. Turn right and up to the a main street with lots of shops. 5mins walk to the Funicular 10 mins to the main square and the vibrant Lower Town Bars. We had a great time and Dragan's appartment wasn't just a place to sleep it was a great place to spend time in and highly recommend it. Thank you Dragan

The apartment and its location in the middle of Zagreb can not be more ideal. It is easy to reach absolutely everything by foot from Museums, to sights, to restaurants, delicious coffee and ice cream hang outs. We loved to hear the tram go by on the street below, and enjoyed the friendliness from the people in the two restaurants at street level. We stayed there during rather hot weather and loved how well the A/C worked. Sometimes we would walk "home" to cool off for a bit. The apartment is well equipped with everything you would ever need for a vacation. Everything was shiny and new from the kitchenware to furniture, and closet space. On top of this Martina and Dragan are the most kind and helpful hosts you can imagine. They made us feel like very welcome. We can highly recommend this wonderful and quiet space in the middle of Zagreb. Thank you for a wonderful vacation time.

Die Unterkunft von Dragan ist eine 1a mit Sternchen! Es ist genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Alles super sauber und neu! Die Lage ist auch top. Wir haben unser Auto - auf Empfehlung von Dragan - in der Garage Tuškanac geparkt. Ist nur paar Minuten zu Fuß dorthin. Alles in allem gibt es eine große Empfehlung für das Apartment und wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder !

Il nous a accueilli et il a également était présent à notre départ on était heureuse de pouvoir le saluer avant de partir ! Au niveau du logement sûrement le plus beau que l’on ait eu sur tout notre séjour dans cet incroyable pays. Les photos parlent d’elles même mais vous serez encore plus satisfait en arrivant.
