Fantastic stay at Ivan's place. It was exactly as described and we had a lovely week! Ivan was on hand at all times with great communication. Would definitely stay again. The villa itself had everything we needed and catered for us with having a young child with us.

Very homely and modern villa. Spacious outside with large pool, dning area, big BBQ outdoor kitchenette, and kids play area. Welcoming host, with some key essentials needed for week's stay, including fresh milk, fruit, wine, and beers for arrival. Very quiet location to relax with family and friend, with a 10-minute walk into Zaton waterfront.

Excellent facilities including a clean and warm pool, and a full equipped kitchen. We also found the rooms all being identical very helpful, especially as there were 3 couples on the trip, so this made the room arrangements fair. The house had a lovely atmosphere and was well kept.

A tiny bit far from Old Town so we spent 20-30 euros each way, but the place was wonderful and perfect for our family. The pool was amazing for the kids.

We had a fabulous stay, the villa is beautiful and has everything you need. It felt luxurious and very comfortable. A great space to relax and unwind. The pool area is well maintained and comfortable, honestly there’s nothing else you could ask for! We hired a car which made it easy to shop and go on day trips into Dubrovnik which is a must do, absolutely stunning, the views from the coastal road are breathtaking. Locally, the marina has a few nice restaurants in a gorgeous setting, about a 10 minute walk away and the local pizza restaurant is handy. Ivan was helpful and informative on arrival and responsive when we needed help. We had a brilliant holiday, first time in Croatia and we’ll definitely be back!

Wow, what a stay! Ivan was fantastic from the beginning, quick at communicating and very helpful. We went down a wrong road getting to the property so he provided pictures from the street to help us. The house itself is stunning. Great layout for family’s, lovely pool, the bbq worked great. And the area is ideal if you’re looking for somewhere just out of the busyness that is old town, but still close enough we could either drive in or get an uber for around 20-30 euros. Ivan talked us through places to eat, boat tours, where to park our car rental etc. absolutely no complaints from us, we will definitely be back!

The property was immaculate and lots of loo roll and dishwasher tablets provided which lasted the whole week (sadly this is unusual from many hosts). The property had everything we needed, the only downside was traffic noise from the road below but inside the property with doors closed we couldn’t hear it so slept well! Easy to get into Dubrovnik and hired a boat locally to explore the islands. Would definitely recommend.

The property is exactly as pictured and was immaculately clean. We were provided with a selection of fruit and other essentials including beer and wine on arrival which was much appreciated. We loved using the pool which was cleaned by the owner part way through our stay. Ivan greeted us on arrival and provided advice on visiting Dubrovnik and other day trips. Zaton has a good selection of restaurants around the waterfront which is a 10 minute walk - we would definitely recommend Kasar. Zaton is 15 minutes from Dubrovnik and, although we had a car, we took an Uber rather than trying to park (which is expensive). If we were coming back to Dubrovnik then we would happily stay here again.

Het is een fijne plek. Schoon, netjes onderhouden en vriendelijke mensen. Heel fijn zwembad met bubbelbad en waterval. Heerlijk rustig net buiten Dubrovnic. Onze kinderen waren weg van het speeltuintje bij de accommodatie.

Great facilities and layout, everything very clean and new. Zaton only a short walk away and Dubrovnik 10-15 mins by taxi or car. Hosts were excellent and professional.

Paikka oli erittäin siisti ja siellä oli kaikki tarvittava rentouttavaan lomaan perheen kesken. Uima-allas oli riittävän iso ja siitä nautittiin paljon. Huoneet olivat kukin omalla ilmastoinnilla, jotka pelastivat välillä paahtavalta kuumuudelta. Rauhallinen ja ihana paikka.

Exceptional villa, the cleanest villa I have ever stayed in, and had all facilities and kitted out with everything you need and more. Lovely location, 10 min walk down hill to Zaton, but did have to cross main road. Only 15 mins to old Dubrovnik by Uber for 16€. You would not regret picking this villa.
