The ground floor offers a living room and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, plus one en-suite double bedroom. On the first floor there are three en-suite double bedrooms, and on the second floor one en-suite double bedroom; each bedroom has sea views and access to a terrace or balcony. A roof terrace provides a panoramic sea view and seating. Outside, there is a 50 m² ground-floor terrace with barbecue and seating for 10, along with a heated 10 m long swimming pool with loungers. Sand beach and the sea are 100 m away. Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00.

Situated on a 400 m² estate with a swimming pool, this luxurious and modern villa is located just 100 m away from the sand beach and the sea and is ideal for 10 persons.

On the ground floor there is a stylish living room with pool view, dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the first floor of the villa there are 3 bedrooms with double beds each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while on the second floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Each bedroom has a sea view and an entrance to the terrace/balcony and all are equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning. To the villa belongs a roof terrace with a panoramic sea view and a seating area.

Terrace on the ground floor 50 m² is equipped with a barbecue and a sitting area for 10 persons and has access to a unique heated 10 meters long swimming pool. There are loungers and outdoor shower next to the pool. In the courtyard of the property there is a football field for children.

Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, Espresso machine, air conditioning, SAT TV, wireless internet, outdoor shower, barbecue in the garden, parking on the property and garage are just some of the features available to guests. Baby cot and highchair are provided upon request with no extra charge.
