The ground floor includes a living room, dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, and one double bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, and on the second floor 1 double bedroom, all with sea views and access to a terrace or balcony. A roof terrace with panoramic sea views and seating area tops the villa. Outdoors, enjoy a 50 m² ground-floor terrace with barbecue and seating for 10, with access to a heated 10 m swimming pool, loungers, and an outdoor shower. The courtyard includes a children’s football field. Inside, guests have dishwasher, washing machine, oven, espresso machine, air conditioning, SAT TV, and wireless internet. Parking is available on the property with a garage. Baby cot and highchair are provided upon request with no extra charge. Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00; pets are not allowed.

On the first floor of the villa there are 3 bedrooms with double beds each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while on the second floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Each bedroom has a sea view and an entrance to the terrace/balcony and all are equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning. To the villa belongs a roof terrace with a panoramic sea view and a seating area.

Terrace on the ground floor 50 m² is equipped with a barbecue and a sitting area for 10 persons and has access to a unique heated 10 meters long swimming pool. There are loungers and outdoor shower next to the pool. In the courtyard of the property there is a football field for children.

Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, Espresso machine, air conditioning, SAT TV, wireless internet, outdoor shower, barbecue in the garden, parking on the property and garage are just some of the features available to guests. Baby cot and highchair are provided upon request with no extra charge.
