The courtyard also features a children’s football field. Included comforts include air conditioning, SAT TV, wireless internet, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and an espresso machine. Parking is available on the property and in the garage. The sand beach and the sea are 100 m away; a shop is 700 m away and the nearest restaurant is 2000 m away. Each bedroom has a sea view and an entrance to the terrace/balcony and all are equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning. To the villa belongs a roof terrace with a panoramic sea view and a seating area.

Terrace on the ground floor 50 m² is equipped with a barbecue and a sitting area for 10 persons and has access to a unique heated 10 meters long swimming pool. There are loungers and outdoor shower next to the pool. In the courtyard of the property there is a football field for children.
