Set on a 200 m² estate, this modern 190 m² villa is spread over two floors and accommodates 6 guests. It has three bedrooms with double beds, satellite TV in each bedroom, and four bathrooms. Guests can use a balcony with table and chairs overlooking surrounding greenery, plus a ground-floor living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The private wellness centre (30 m²) includes an infrared sauna, jacuzzi, shower, and deck chairs with partial sea view, and the heated pool is 6 m long. Outdoors there’s a terrace with a gazebo and barbecue, mini golf, and an outdoor shower. Beach is 800 m away; restaurant 600 m; shop and center 2000 m. A baby cot and highchair are available on request. Check-in from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00; a 500 EUR security deposit applies.

Situated on a 200 m² estate with a private heated swimming pool, this luxurious and modern villa is located in a quiet area of the Pirvlaka municipality and is ideal for accommodating 6 persons.

The villa is spread over two floors with an area of 190 m², on the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, a living room with a fireplace, one bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with double beds. One room has an en suite bathroom and a work area. Each bedroom has its own satellite TV. Two bedrooms have access to a balcony equipped with table and chairs, which offers a view of the surrounding greenery. On the first floor of the villa there is another bathroom with a shower. The villa has a private wellness centre of 30 m² with a partial sea view equipped with an infrared sauna, jacuzzi, shower and deck chairs. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning.

The terrace on the ground floor of 25 m² includes a gazebo with a barbecue, table, chairs and a seating area. Next to the terrace there is a mini golf course and access to a unique heated 6 meters long swimming pool. Next to the pool there are deck chairs, parasols and an outdoor shower.

Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, Espresso machine, air conditioning, satellite TV, wireless Internet, outdoor shower, fireplace, barbecue in the garden, garage and parking on the property are just some of the features available to guests. A baby cot and highchair are available on request and at no extra charge. The security deposit is 500 EUR. Check-in from 4:00 PM.
